By using We Have Tutors you agree to these terms. We Have Tutors is a tutor directory and marketplace — we connect parents and students with independent tutors but are not the tutor.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
Tutor and coach accounts
Creating a tutor or coach account and listing your profile on We Have Tutors is free. No card details are required to register or go live. Identity and DBS verification are optional and recommended to help build trust with parents and students.
Conduct & safeguarding
All users must follow our Safeguarding Policy. Abusive, exploitative or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate account suspension.
Liability
Tuition arrangements are between the tutor and the parent/student. We Have Tutors is not responsible for lessons delivered, arrangements outside the platform, or any disputes arising from those arrangements.
