Our commitments
- Encouraging tutors to hold an enhanced DBS check, and surfacing DBS status on tutor profiles.
- Manually reviewing and verifying tutors before awarding a Verified badge.
- Keeping conversations on-platform, where they can be monitored for safety.
- Automatically flagging messages that suggest grooming, abuse, harassment, scams or unsafe contact.
- Acting quickly on any safeguarding concern raised by a user.
