No. Card details are never required to register, build your profile or go live. You only enter them if you choose Featured Membership or a paid verification.

Verification is optional but recommended. Verified tutors build greater trust with parents and students and may receive more interest.

No. There is no contract and no long-term commitment. Featured Membership can be cancelled at any time.

Featured Membership is an optional £2.99 per month upgrade for tutors. It gives you a Featured badge, higher positioning in searches and matching, and eligibility for homepage Featured placement. It does not mean your profile is verified.

Your Featured status stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your profile simply continues on the free plan, with your profile, messages, reviews and any verification badges all intact.

Verification is £4.99 per document, or £0.99 per document while you are a Featured member. Anything you have already submitted or had verified stays free.

No. You can create a live profile without verification. However, verified tutors receive higher visibility in search results and are more likely to be contacted by parents and students.

Yes. Verification affects ranking, not publication — unverified live profiles are always shown, just below verified ones.

No. We currently take 0% commission on your tutoring earnings. We do not take a percentage of the money you earn from your tutoring work.

100% of your agreed tutoring earnings. You set your own rates and agree the service and payment arrangements directly with the parent or student.

No. There is no commission charged when you receive an enquiry, connect with a parent or student, or begin working together.

No. We do not charge per enquiry or per connection. Featured Membership is a separate optional £2.99 per month platform service.

No. Featured is an optional monthly platform membership that gives you additional visibility. It is a fixed monthly fee, not a percentage of your earnings.

No. Tutors set their own rates and agree payment arrangements directly with the parent or student. The only payments we take are for optional platform services such as Featured Membership and document verification.

No. Tutors on the platform are independent. They set their own rates, deliver their own sessions and agree arrangements directly with the parent or student. We connect people — we are not the tutor.
